I think Salt Lake City is like that too--at least the Scam Capitol part. BE CAREFUL!!!
So my Dad called my from the store because he was perusing some Cowboy Life magazine, and he found out that the list of top 20 cities for cowboys to live in includes both Winnemucca and Spokane. Who knew I was living the (cowboy) dream?
